Minneapolis-based dancer Ms. Zuza started her dance journey in 2000. She quickly delved into fusion styles and tribal style improvisation. She is a former member of Mischievous Djinn, and former, founding member of Totally Northern Tribal dance troupe. She also performs solo and collaborative fusion dance pieces throughout the region and country and sponsors periodic guest dancers and events.
Inspiration has come to Ms. Zuza in many forms, including the opportunity to take workshops from several talented dancers and troupes. Among the top of her list so far are Darshan (Cammi Vance), Ariellah, Tempest, Sharon Kihara, Fat Chance Belly Dance, Gypsy Caravan, Black Sheep Belly Dance, Urban Gypsy, Zafira Dance Company, Sabine of Tribalation!, Blue Damsel and UNMATA.
